- JUNES LEGAL offers a flat rate price for unlimited attempts at one address.
- We do NOT charge for mileage.
- We serve documents pursuant to your States rules of civil procedure and will need to be provided with such. For Nevada filed court documents we strictly adhere to NRCP rule 4.
- We make sure our servers attempt at all times of the day, week and weekends. Proper diligence is of the utmost importance. We ask them to check assessor records, with leasing agents and neighbors.
- Date/Time stamped photos are taken and uploaded to our online system for viewing.
- We only hire licensed process servers through the PILB.
- Stakeouts and appointment serves are common, you can count on Junes to be there.
- We are often asked to handle convention serves or serves to detention centers and jails, we are familiar with the process for both.
- For local attorney clients, status is updated daily and easily accessible online. Signed pdf, ready-to-file affidavits are available immediately after service is completed.
- If a serve is unable to be completed, you will receive a detailed affidavit of attempted service.
- Automatic emails are sent to the requesting client upon receipt and completion of service so that you don’t have to wonder if your serve has been completed.
- We offer Nationwide skip tracing, locates, DMV searches and affidavits of due diligence for those hard to find defendants.
- Nationwide process service available, we only use licensed vendors.
